Lucrurile nu stau asa. Da, cu cat o tigaie e mai scumpa ai sanse sa fie mai buna.<br />
Dar nici o tigaie nu dureaza vesnic. Cu cat o folosesti mai des cu atat ii scade durata de viata. <br />
Prin urmare alege o tigaie antiaderenta - nimanui nu-i place mancarea lipita de tigaie, si nu exagerat de scumpa.<br />

Pe cele din fotografii le-am gasit azi la Black Weekend in Auchan Cotroceni. Am dat pe toate 60 lei. Nu e o investitie mare. Mai trebuiau si capace, dar data viitoare. Sufla vantu' in buzunare, nu de alta. <br />
<br />
Capacele sunt obligatorii. Sunt cazuri in care trebuie sa acoperi tigaia in timp ce gatesti sau pur si simplu pui la pastrare la frigider. Pe bune acuma, doar nu o sa folosesti o farfurie. Nu e practic. <br />
<br />
Am avut si tigai scumpe. Poate nu am stiut sa le intretin corect, dar dupa un anumit timp au inceput sa se uzeze si la acelasi fel de mancare sa nu mai dea acelasi randament. A inceput sa se lipeasca mancarea. Am inceut sa le urasc. Asa ca le-am facut vant. Mia- parut rau dupa sacul de bani dat pe ele. <br />

Nu caut sa ma transfporm in fotomodel... nici pe departe. <b>Cum se face scrubul?</b> <br />
Ei bine iei zatul de la cafeaua de dimineata si-l pui intr-un bol. Adaugi o lingurita de miere (nu foarte <a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-vi8z3S2h7sI/U5FwS3Ef_TI/AAAAAAAAFeE/3wjglTICf4A/s1600/Scrub+de+zat+de+cafea+cu+miere.jpg" style="clear: right; float: right; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-left: 1em;"></a>plina - ca eu am facut risispa).<br />
Zatul de la o singura cafea ajunge pentru o masca. Le amesteci. Speli fata cu apa si sapun si apoi intinzi scrubul pe fata. Masezi usor, dar vorba Alinei "<i>nu exagera ca-ti irita pielea</i>". <br />
<br />
Am stat 20 min cu scrubul pe fata. <br />
<br />
Un lucru care l-am invatat la <i>Herba Life</i> e ca degeaba cureti punctele negre daca nu folosesti un tonic astringent care sa le mai inchida. Scopul e sa cureti fata dar sa nu lasi sa se acumuleze din nou praful de zi cu zi. <br />
<br />
In timp ce eram cu scrubul pe fata, prietena mea ma intreaba la telefon, ce am pus in scrub si i-am spus ca doar zat de cafea si miere. La care ea: <i>- Puteai sa pui si putin <b>bicarbonat de sodiu</b>, ca desinfecteaza si e astringent. </i><br />
<br />
O da, am aflat ce inseamna tonicul dar se pare ca la cap n-am bagat.<br />

Si i-am spus ca deja am maglavaitul pe fata si ca nu mai pot sa fac nimic. <br />

La care imi spune: "<i>ba da, poti! Dupa ce dai scrubul jos si te clatesti cu apa calduta poti sa intinzi pe fata o felie de <b>lamaie</b>, cam 10 min dupa care clatesti... ca lamaia e astringent." </i><br />

Nu ma asteptam intr-o caserola de aproape 1 kg sa gasesc 2 pulpe de pui... de-a dreptul GIGANTE.<br /><br />Nu m-am putut abtine sa nu le masor. SOC! 20 cm lungime. Mai pui 10 la gheare, 10 la piept, 10 la gat si cap.... si upssss da un total de 50 cm. <br /><br />Puiul asta are jumate de metru? Pe ce planeta traim? De ce nu ne pasa?<br /><br />Mie o sa-mi pese. <br /><br />Data viitoare asa ceva nu mai ajunge in frigiderul meu. <br />Sanatos nici ca mai poate fi vorba. <br />

Pui picatura in gaura lasata de lipsa pietricelelor si apoi presezi nastureii (asta am gasit eu in casa). <br />
Ai grija sa nu pui multa deoarece risti sa iti lipesti si degetele. Balerinii nu se poarta la mana, se poarta in picioare.<br />

Am auzit prima data de <b>Liv 52</b> in urma cu ceva vreme, la o vizita de urgenta la Pediatrie cu fetita mea. <br /><br />A cules din parc niste frumuseti de <a href="https://lh5.googleusercontent.com/-URhqvJoi9k8/U3TRe7wtx8I/AAAAAAAAFYo/u-zb6XhOsWg/h120/Oxiuri.jpg" target="_blank">Oxiuri</a>. Si ca orice parazit de renume si-a facut de cap. <br />
<br />Pediatra ne-a dat pe langa antibiotice (Zentel) sa luam si o sticluta de <span style="font-size: large;"><b><a href="http://www.hboutique.ro/produse/suplimente-alimentare/copii/Liv52-Sirop-567-100-ml" target="_blank">Liv 52</a></b></span> cate 5ml de 2 ori pe zi pana la terminarea sticlutei, iar pentru noi parintii cate <a href="http://www.hboutique.ro/produse/suplimente-alimentare/adulti/Liv52-tablete-565-100-tablete" target="_blank">o cutie de pastile</a> (2 pastile de 2 ori pe zi). Si uite asa am alcatuit meniul pentru fiecare membru al familiei. Doar nu era sa plimbam parazitii de la unul la altul, sau sa ne distrugem in mod inconstient ficatul. <br />

Avem doar un singur corp in viata asta. Daca noi nu-l protejam, nu o v-a face nimeni in locul nostru. <br /><br />Am ajuns acasa; am luat fiecare doza potrivita varstei si m-am pus sa citesc mai multe despre ficat si rolul lui in organism. Asta e daca n-am invatat in scoala cand a trebuit. <br /><span style="font-size: large;"><br /><b>Ce trebuie sa stii despre ficat?</b></span><br /><br />Alimentele gătite și procesate suprasolicită ficatul. <br />Legumele si fructele crude contribuie la functionarea normala a ficatului.<br /><br />Ficatul este punctul de control pe la care trebuie sa treaca alimentele. Acesta poate produce modificari chimice, poate depozita substantele nutritive sau le poate transfera în stare neprelucrată către restul corpului, pentru utilizare. Ficatul îşi poate produce aminoacizii proprii, poate transforma zaharurile in lipide, şi invers. Partea inferioara a ficatului este concava si acopera stomacul, duodenul (prima porţiune a intestinului subtire), flexura hepatică a colonului (partea superioara din dreapta), glanda suprarenala dreapta si partea superioara a rinichiului drept. Ficatul este format din patru lobi şi este acoperit de o membrana fibroasa, consistentă si dura.<br />

Toate vasele sanguine si canalele hepatice patrund in ficat prin hil. Ficatul este impanzit de numeroase canale mici prin care circula bila, conducand la canalul hepatic principal, care se uneste cu colecistul si formează „canalul biliar comun”. <br /><br /><span style="font-size: large;"><b>Care sunt sarcinile ficatului?</b></span><br /><br /><b>STOCARE ŞI DISTRIBUTIE</b> – ficatul depoziteaza aminoacizi rezultaţi din alimentele digerate, apoi ii reconstruieste pentru a produce proteinele esentiale pentru organism. Ficatul transforma glucoza in exces in glicogen (grăsimi stocate), apoi transforma din nou glicogenul stocat in glucoza, atunci cand organismul are nevoie de combustibil suplimentar. Ficatul depoziteaza si distribuie diverse vitamine, printre care: vitaminele A, D, E şi K (vitaminele liposolubile). Ficatul este şi cel care stochează diferite minerale, printre care fier şi cupru.<br /><br /><b>TRANSFORMARE, SINTEZĂ ŞI TRANSMUTAŢII BIOLOGICE </b>– ficatul stochează glicogen, iar cand nivelul de glucoza din sânge scade, el va converti din nou în glucoză grasimile stocate (glicogen). Dacă rezervele de glicogen scad, el va transforma în glucoza alte grăsimi si chiar aminoacizi stocati. Prioritatea numărul unu a organismului este nevoia de combustibil pentru energie (glucoză / fructoza). Ficatul transforma amoniacul provenind din consum excesiv de proteine in uree, care este apoi excretată prin rinichi. <br /><br /><b>SECREŢIE </b>– ficatul produce si secretă aproximativ 1 litru de bila pe zi. Bila este un agent de alcalinizare si emulsificare a grasimilor.<br /><br /><b>DETOXIFICARE </b>– celulele imunitare ale ficatului digeră bacteriile, virusii si alti agenti patogeni din sangele care circula in tractul digestiv. Un ficat sanatos poate sintetiza hormoni, medicamente si alte substante chimice pana la un anumit punct. Totuşi ingerarea zilnica a acestor substante depaseste capacitatea de prelucrare a ficatului. <br />În procesul de detoxificare, trebuie sa cureti mai intai ficatul dacă
vrei să ai o piele curata. Mentine permanent pielea cat mai
curata, fiindca ea isi va indeplini astfel functia de organ de eliminare
